Smokey and creamy with just the right amount of tang, this dip features our house-smoked oysters and is perfect for any type of snacking spread. Recipe created by Hog Island Larkspur Chef, Brit Rhodes.
1 big 'ol bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 4-oz jars Hog Island house-smoked oysters (16 oz.)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 bunch chives, minced
- 3 sprigs dill, chopped
In a food processor, blend room temperature cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients, pulsing until combined.
Garnish with extra chives, dill, some of the smoked oyster oil, and flaky sea salt. Serve with bread, crackers, or cucumbers.
