This dinner features a thoughtfully created four-course menu by our chef, Matt Weinberger. We’ll celebrate the bounty of West Marin agriculture and aquaculture with a menu that features sustainably grown seafood from Hog Island Oyster Co., regeneratively raised meat from Stemple Creek Ranch, and curated wine pairings by Marine Layer Wines.
