Perfected at our San Francisco Oyster Bar and enjoyed by thousands of bayside brunches, our Bloody Mary Mix is now available to add a kick to your very own boozy brunches. Bold and versatile, this Bloody Mary mix does everything well, from cocktails to ceviche.
Makes 1 Blood in the Water cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Dos Hombres Mezcal
- 1.5 oz. Hog Island Bloody Mary Mix
- .75 oz. Jalapeño citrus syrup (recipe below)
- .5 oz. lime juice
- Mexican Lager
Blood in the Water Recipe Preparation
We love using Dos Hombres Mezcal in this smoky cocktail. Combine mezcal, bloody mary mix, jalapeno syrup and lime juice in a shaker. Shake, until the shaker is frosty and double strain over rocks into your favorite cocktail glass. Top with your favorite Mexican Lager.
Jalapeño Citrus Syrup: Combine 15 ounce (3parts) jalapeño juice, 5 ounce (1part) lemon juice and equal parts sugar to juice blend. Whisk and let rest 30min before use.
Bloody Mary Recipe
Keep it classic with our Hog Island Bloody Mary!
- 6 oz vodka or tequila
- 16 oz. Hog Island Bloody Mary Mix
- Garnish (pickled vegetables, castelvetrano olives and Hogwash)
Add liquor and bloody mary mix ingredients to a serving pitcher and whisk to combine. Fill glass with ice and pour bloody mary mixture equally into 4 glasses. Garnish with pickled vegetables or Castelvetrano olives and top drink with 1 large bar-spoon of Hogwash.
