Here at Hog Island Oyster Co., we are lucky to have founders, Head Hogs John & Terry, who care profoundly about our environment. Both share backgrounds in marine biology as well as a deep love for the ocean. And both have seen firsthand the impacts of changing ocean conditions on marine life, and on the shellfish industry, over the past 30 years.
April 22, 2017. This month Hog Island Oyster Co. kicks off our first dine and donate series of the season with a focus on the earth. Join us this coming Earth Day at any Hog Island Oyster location – Marshall, San Francisco, and Napa – and we will donate 10% of your dining dollars to the Marin Carbon Project.
